Trooper Claims Dashboard Cam Upholds His Actions

I don’t see how this could vindicate this officer with what we have seen in the original video. I don’t care what the officer says….article
I still believe that the officer should of used better judgement in taking control of the situation, heck there was someone on board in the ambulance going to the hospital, can anyone say Ryan Moats all over again!
