Mozilla Firefox the faster Internet browser plus its safe!

The Only reason why i use Mozzilla firefox is because of the speed of the page load! You will amazed on how fast the page loads. Here is how to download and some tips on how to use Mozilla correctly. Have seen on how slow microsoft Internet Explorer is, this will get you away from that, even if you have dial up access the pages will load faster. I have never had a problem with Firefox since i started using it. The tabbed browsing is awesome you could look at several different pages at one time while only having one window open. Isn't that cool! I think so. Remember the Netscape browser, Firefox uses the same code like that but its a whole better and i think its alot securer. Here's a picture of what Firefox looks like you will astonised! See the tabs on one page, I think that's awesome i know your used to your Internet Explorer but they are behind the times and we as people are always looking for something simpler, just think you dont have to open two Internet Explorer windows at one time to look at two different websites at one time i know it makes my life easier.

1. Download browser

 

2.When you Download the browser you will be asked to save the file, a box will come up and ask where to save it. I recommend on saving the file to your desktop so at least you know where it is at.

3. Once you downloaded the file minimize all your windows and click on the install application and install mozilla firefox. It will ask you a few questions during the install just make sure you follow the directions and you will be fine. Its very user friendly and it don't take long to install and does not take up space like some applications do!

4. Once you installed the program it will ask you to start Firefox right away, do that.

5. Now when Firefox starts up it will ask you do you want to import any settings from Internet Explorer browser i recommend letting this happen so you have all bookmarks and history go to firefox.

6. It will ask do you want to make firefox as your main browser or leave the settings they way it is, if you feel more comfortable with Internet Explorer just click the no button and you will be ok.

7. Firefox will start up and it will go the home page of Mozilla where Firefox it at, that fine but if you want to set a different home page do this:

With Firefox open go to tool at the top of the page, then go to options, another box will open the first tab will be General, look to left and you will a place called locations! here you can either type in the website, like for instance www.msn.com or any homepage that you desire, the home page i mostly use www.chicagobears.com(cool) you dont have to put the (http://) dont worry about that it will be ok! once you have finished typing in your home page, just click the OK button. Now you have set your hompage. With Firefox click on the home button and watch your page load! do you see how fast that was.Do a test run, open a Internet Explorer page! and then open a Mozilla Firefox page have them side by side if you want and see which page loads faster when you type in a address in the address bar location. I'm telling you! you will notice a considerable amount of time between both pages. Now some webpages have macromedia flash installed, this is new big thing now! which is actually cool, because i built some stuff on my website with macromedia flash. If you go to a website that has Flash you might have to install;Macromedia flash 9, Firefox will tell you if you have to do that. at the top of the page it will say "missing plugin" just click on that button and it will install the missing plug, which takes about a minute or so, Now firefox will display the page correctly, that pretty much it, once in a while they will have updates, you pretty much have to install them manually but its not hard, if you look at the top right corner you will see a red arrow pointing up that means there is an update, just click on it and it will install the update.
